Quail Eggs


 Quail Eggs are packed with vitamins and minerals.These Eggs are very small in size but its nutritional value is three to four times greater than Chicken Eggs.it contains 13% proteins compared to 11% in chicken eggs, 140% of vitamin B1 compared to 50% in Chicken Eggs,five times as much iron and potassium.


          One day My Man bought me a box of Quail eggs(25 Nos) and i was surprised to see the small small eggs.Then he told about its nutritional value and i started to cook.Really it tastes well and cooking procedure also quiet simple.My Little Prince takes 3 eggs at one aaaahhhh.

Quail Egg Boiling Recipe :
Thats it : Wash - Boil - Remove Shells
Cooking Time : 5mins

Procedure:


1.Wash the Quail Eggs well.
2.Take a pan with Eggs, immersing level of water,salt.
3.Boil for 3 to 4 mins til cracks appear on the shell.
4.Allow the boiled eggs to cool under running water.
5.Remove the egg shells thoroughly.
6.Serve it with any dishes
