Ingredients:
Carrot

2 medium size

Oil
|
1tbsp
|
Mustard
|
1tsp
|
Urad dhal
|
½ tsp
|
Curry Leaves
|
1sprig
|
Coconut
|
3tbsp
|
Green Chilli
|
1
|
Cumin seed/Jeera
|
½ tsp
|
Procedure:
1.Wash the carrots well ,cut both ends and grate it finely using grator.
2.Dry grind coconut,green chilli, jeera by mixie without water.
3.Heat a kadai,add oil,mustard ,after it splutters add Urad dhal,after it
browns,add curry leaves then grated carrot and mix well.Fry for two mins.Add
very little salt, coconut mixture then fry for a minute. Switch off the flame
and close the lid.
Serve hot with sambar,pappad.
Notes:
Use very little salt as its sweetish taste tastes well.
