Karuveppilai Podi / Curry Leaves Powder

Curry leaves are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium and iron. This leaves are beneficial for the skin, hair, eyes and blood.Add curry leaves to your hair oil and boil it for few minutes till it becomes a blackened residue. This is a good hair tonic and helps hair growth and premature greying.Commonly curry leaves are  used in seasoning,it gives special flavour to every dish.

My Man’s friend gave a big bag of curry leaves nearly 1kg.I just shocked with that quantity and feeling happy too because here sometimes fresh leaves available in shops, most of the times dried blacky leaves only available. So  i planned to grind as a powder which will remain longer.I started to grind with my small mixie jar, gave it a regular intervals to subside heat.It took too much time to grind all with small jar and finally got 700gms of curry leaves powder. And me too happily say,”Preethiku Naan Guarantee”.
Here the ingredients measurement level is for small quantity.
