Veggie Pizza

Pizza Preparation in home is a long time wish for me and it happenned too.In college days ,me and my friends(7) went to Arasan Bakery(Tvl),ordered chicken pizza, cake, juice etc.; and dine out in same corner table near a big fish tank.It continued, after marriage also,we used to choose the same table.Golden Memories...!.Here in Oman i ate pizza two times and was not satisfied with the taste,so i go with Chicken Burger monthly once here. When I saw Wheat Pizza Crust in shop, immediately decided to purchase. It has three crusts.First one i make it for my friend ,it comes out well in taste but the whole base is more crispy like a rusk. Finally i realized the mistake that i dint fully refreeze the crust.Second time, i tried this veggie pizza last week.It came out perfect and tastes yummy.

My Little Prince said,'Thank You Mummy'.Am very happy that he ate two wedges.Pizza is a high calorie flat bread.Nowadays unavoidable one too.So Eat rarely Or had with wheat base and healthy toppings.Try this healthy, veggie yummy pizza at home and surprise your family.

Pizza History : We all know that Italians invented pizza, but its origin goes back to ancient times in the Middle East. The greeks,Romans, and Egyptians were eating the bread topped with olive oil and native spices called Focaccia. But Italy’s version, especially from Naples,is with tomato, cheese and other toppings and seasonings with a Wood Fired Oven. This Pizza was first created by the baker Raffaele Esposito in Naples. His creation was immediately a favorite.Esposito was called to make a pizza for the visit of King Umberto and Queen Margherita of Italy in 1889.The First known pizza shop was the port ‘Alba in Naples',which opened in 1830 and is still today. In occupying Italian Territory, many American and European soldiers tasted pizza. In America,Italian immigrants sold pizza in their stores and the first pizzeria was opened in 1905 by Gennuardo Lombardi at 53 1/3 spring Street in New York City. And slowly spread all over the world now.
