Fenugreek
is an herb that is commonly found growing in the Mediterranean region of the
world.Fenugreek seeds have been found to contain protein,vitamin
C,niacin,potassium,and diosgenin (which is a compound that has properties
similar to estrogen).

Procedure
:
#
Chop Onions,peel off the garlic skin,make coconut paste.
#
Soak tamarind in a cup of water.Extract as two cups.
1.Heat
a kadai,add gingelly oil,add mustard,after it splutters,add urad dhal,jeera
,channa dhal,fenugreek(dont over fry fenugreek till dark brown as it gives
bitter taste),Asafoetida ,curry leaves,garlic cloves,after it gets brown in
colour,add onion ,fry till brown.
2.Add
tomato,fry till mushy,add tamarind water (2Cups), all the spice powders
turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder ,give a stir and make it to boil
till raw smell leaves(4mins).
3.Now
simmer the flame to low,add coconut paste and cook for 4 mins.Now it thickens.
