Ragi-Chocolate mug cake is a quick and healthier version.I prepared this mug cake last week,it came out very well.My Little Prince ask for a chocolate cake that day morning.I promised him that Chocolate cake will be inside the oven when you return from school.When i opened my door after he returns from school without removing shoes he ran into kitchen and opened the oven door.He was so surprised to see the mug cake.Yes...!this is my first mug cake.To make it more healthier i add Ragi & wheat flour to this cake.Am waiting for 2weeks to post this on a special day.Finally,today i dedicate this ragi-chocolate mug cake for my special friend Sangeetha(@Spicy Treats) who celebrate her birthday today.I want to give her a small surprise with this cake.

Ragi-Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe :
Thats it : Mix all ings. - Bake it
Preparation time : 3mins
Cooking Time : 2mins
Serves : Single Person
Ragi Flour / Finger-millet Flour - 2Tbsp
All Purpose Flour (Maida) / Wheat Flour - 1Tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
Jaggery / Sugar - 2Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/8 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1Pinch
Milk - 4Tbsp
Melted Butter / Melted Ghee - 1Tbsp
Chocolate Flakes / Chips - 1Tbsp (OPTIONAL)
1.Mix all the dry ingredients:Ragi flour,cocoa powder,sugar,baking powder,baking soda in a microwave safe mug and mix well.
2.Now,add wet ingredients:milk,melted butter and stir it well without any lumps.
3.Lastly add chocolate flakes / chips and give a stir.
4.Microwave it for 1 1/2mins and check the cake by inserting the toothpick at the centre of the cake.If it comes out with uncooked mixture just microwave it for 30secs.Now check ,if the toothpick comes out clean,enjoy it.
1.You can also prepare this cake batter in a bowl and pour it to the greased mug before microwave it.
2.After adding choco chips ,dont forget to give a stir otherwise flakes get burnt because of high power of microwave.
