Moist Chocolate Cake is the soft and spongy moistured cake which is loved by all the kids.I love baking with the(monthly once) constraint,sterday afternoon My Little Prince demanded me to make chocolate cake.So after he slept,i googled & tried this yummy cupcakes.It comes out so soft and perfect in texture...He is so surprised and enjoyed eating with toppings.My Man who is not fond of chocolate cakes also loves to have this.
Moist Chocolate Cupcake Recipe :
Thats it : Mix Wet & Dry ings. - Fill in Moulds -Bake
Preparation Time : 15mins (meanwhile preheating)
Baking Time : 20+mins
Yields : 15 Cupcakes (medium size)

(You can bake this cake batter in big baking tray and bake it for 35mins)Dry Ings. :
All-Purpose Flour / Maida 1 1/2 Cups
Cocoa Powder 3 Tbsp
Baking Soda 1 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Wet Ings. :
Water 1 Cup
Sugar 1 Cup
Melted Butter / Oil 6 Tbsp
White Vinegar / Lemon 1 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
For Decoration Part :
* Chocolate Sauce
* Rainbow Vermicelli
(You Can Use)
* Chocolate Flakes
* Choco Chips
* Powdered Sugar
1. Take all the dry ingredients in a wide bowl,mix well and sift all without lumps.
2.Take all the wet ingredients in a bowl and whisk well till the sugar completely dissolves.
3. Mix both wet & dry ingredients together, whisk well till the mixture looks smooth and watery without any lumps.
4.Preheat the Oven at 350deg F (OR) 180deg C
5.Meanwhile,arrange the cupcake liners in the cupcake mould and scoop / fill 3/4th portion of the cake batter to every mould.
6.After preheating,keep your cake mould inside the oven and bake it for 20mins.Now check the cake by inserting the toothpick at the centre of the cupcake.If it comes out clean,its perfect or bake it for 2-3mins again.
7.Now Cool it for 5mins then go for your favourite cupcake toppings Or enjoy as it is.
