Pineapple Kesari / Pineapple Sooji ka Halwa

Kesari is a very easy to prepare common sweet which is oftenly prepared in all the homes. This can be served as a staple sweet at south-indian marriages as pineapple kesari or fruit kesari.Addition of fruits to the kesari tastes different and very yummy too.

I dedicate this yummy flavourful sweet for my sister Vg.
Today is her bday,so surprisingly i treat her with this.
She is more than a sister for me.
She is the world's best to enjoy my happiness and wipe off my tears too.
Happy Birthday..!
Love U always ..!

After making juice with pineapple i got 1Cup of fruit remaining. So planned to make kesari with that.It comes out very well.I cooked half of the fruit and add the remaining chunks as it is,believe me it really tastes well. You can also add the pieces of apple, grapes, pomegranate to this for making fruit kesari and follow the same method. My first attempt in making pineapple kesari got hit by My Man which is a big compliment for me.Try this in your home.
