Musk melon ,watermelon are the top fruits in the market during summer.It has numerous amount of health benifits.You can try this refreshing juice with milk or without milk.You can also try musk melon seeds namkeen/mixture for your snacks without wasting the seeds.Last week while purchasing this melon,they display whole and half cut fruits by wrapping cling wrap.We bought full one,then i tried this little carving like which we saw in mall,its interesting.
Musk melons are loaded with valuable minerals,vitamins and antioxidants.Due to its high content of beta-carotenes,muskmelons have proven to aid in fighting several types of cancer.Vitamin C is helpful in lowering blood pressure and healing wounds and allows the body to absorb iron from food more efficiently,preventing anemia and weariness.
Musk Melon Juice :

Serves : 2Persons
Musk Melon 1/2fruit (2 Cups)
Milk / water 1Cup
Sugar / honey 1 1/2tbsp
[ If you are adding water,add lemon juice(from 1/2 lemon) but dont add lemon when you are adding milk]
1.Cut the musk melon into two halves,then again cut into small parts.Scoop out the seeds.Deskin the outer layer and discard it.Roughly chop the fruit part.
[you can cut the whole fruit into two halves,scoop out seeds and fruit part instead of chopping ]
2.Add cut fruit pieces into jar along with sugar,grind it.
3.Add milk and blend/grind it well.
Musk Melon Juice is ready to serve!!!
1.If you are adding milk,skip lemon.It curdles.
2.Juice with water turns orange in colour.Juice with milk turns creamy in colour.
3.If you are using chilled milk/water,skip ice cubes.
