Neer Mor / Spiced Buttermilk

Neer Mor is a south indian special, spiced buttermilk which can be prepared during summer to keep our body hydrated and also offered to god during Rama Navami and Tamil New Year Day.My MIL used to drink daily during summer without seeding.Rama Navami and Tamil New Year is around a corner so thought to post this.

I used mud pot here so i rest this drink for 2hours to get the chilling effect. And my serving glass here is mud & terracotta wine glass from indonesia which my co-sister gifted me 2years back. She packed this carefully with love and it was safely reached oman from india.

I filtered the spices while serving. It tastes so good and keeps your body hydrated. You can add a dash of pepper too.You must add the seeding to the buttermilk for offerrings.
