A Bundt cake is a cake that is baked in a bundt pan,shaping it into a distinctive ring shape.Here,i have used my mini bundt mould.This cute mini bundt mould pan was gifted by My Man & Gautham during my 2nd pregnancy.My preference go for other pans and i totally forget to use this.When last month My Man's photography was featured in MUSCAT DAILY magazine,i planned to bake something to cheer up him.Gautham insisted me to use this pan and it happened atleast after years.

Mini bundt cakes are Gautham's demand and he told me to avoid nuts,raisins and tutti frutti in it.So i baked some plain bundt cakes and served it with chocolate sauce drizzling for him.Try this easy cakes for your kids.
Mini Tutti Frutti Bundt Cakes :
Thats It : Prepare Batter - Bake - Cool Down
Total Time :30mins
Serves : 8 Mini bundt cakes
Whole Wheat Flour 1/2Cup
Plain Flour / Maida 1/4Cup
Tutti Frutti 3tbsp
Granulated Sugar 1/2Cup(u can powder it too)
Baking Soda 1/4tsp
Baking Powder 1/2tsp
Vanilla Essence 3/4tsp
Vinegar / lemon juice 1/2tbsp
Olive Oil/any flavourless oil 2tbsp
# Grease the bundt mould pan with butter/oil.
1.Add water,sugar,vanilla essence,vinegar and whisk it till sugar dissolves.Then add oil and blend it well.
2.Through a siever,add whole wheat flour.plain flour,baking soda,baking powder and sieve it for proper mixing.Mix both wet and dry ingredients.
3.Now add tutti frutti,giv it a mix.[Add a tsp of flour to the tutti frutti and dust it well before adding it into the batter to avoid settling at the bottom of the cake/pan].
4.Scoop out the batter and fill 3/4th portion in each mould by pouring.I added plain batter without tutti frutti in 2moulds.Sprinkle tutti frutti at the top.
5.Bake at 180degC for 25-30mins.If you want brown colour bundt cakes just brush the top side of the baked cake with milk and bake for 2-3mins again.It takes 25mins for me,i skipped the browning step and at the 25mins i take out from the oven..
Eggless Tutti Frutti Bundt Cake is ready !!!
1.You can replace tutti frutti with ChocoChips.
2.You can add lemon juice instead of vinegar.
3.Mix tutti frutti with a tsp of flour to avoid settling at the bottom of the cake.
4.I have some amount of batter remaining ,so used in my 2 small silicon moulds for baking along with that.
